We’ve had treatments in many different parts of the world but when it comes to their service, we just have to walk 10 minutes away from our house to get amazing service . "Had an amazing service at Me Spa. The receptionist was very hospitable. Was treated by Dr. Helen and Hannah. Very professional. Had an initial consultation and then a very relaxing treatment. They seem to have authentic Korean cosmetic products and felt very good on the skin. No irritation at all. Think I fell asleep in between. Reasonable prices. Will surely recommend for some much needed self care for everyone these days."

"Absolutely don’t recommend it. Quality of products is weird . No dipping in manicure. No scrubbing no moisturiser. I was charged 10$ more than I was quoted on the phone and then told that I heard incorrectly ( mind you I called twice before I went there). Never going back. P.S: There was no exfoliation done in the pedicure too. Why waste money for just getting your nails cut and calluses removed. Manicure with shellac and regular pedicure was 70++ . Hard earned money going waste hurts."

"Best mani pedi I’ve had in a few years. The pedicure was fantastic: scrub, hot towel, hot stones, massage. They give you the works. My feet are always ultra calloused and my nails break a lot, but they were so kind and I didn’t feel embarrassed while they were working on me. Highly recommend and will be back."

"I needed a massage since I have a desk type of job. My neck, shoulders and back is in need of massage. It was a last minute thing for me and I was able to book an appointment. There were plenty of parking spots in the location and it's a quaint office. The place is clean and I was greeted with a friendly host. Don't forget to change your footwear with the slippers available by the entrance☺️. I didn't wait long and was greeted by Travis. He was super friendly and professional and asked questions about what I needed worked on. I mentioned what I do and where my pains are. During my massage he has found all the tight muscles and applied the right amount of pressure that is needed for my muscles. I went for the 45 minute session and received the intended service I needed. After my service, Travis checked in to see how I was feeling and told him all is amazing, I can move again ☺️. I felt relaxed and recharged. The receptionist confirmed my coverage and asked if there's any other services I needed. I mentioned I'm okay for now and will recommend them to my husband. She wasn't pushy which I appreciate because my last experience with a certain massage therapy was pushy. Great experience and thank you. Will most likely come back again."

"I had an amazing experience with Mary! I booked a hair cleaning and head massage, and it was so relaxing. It even included a mini facial, and Mary was so gentle and careful throughout. She really took her time cleaning my hair and giving a great scalp massage. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend — totally worth it!"

"Moved to Kitchener recently and made an appointment with Jas for a hair root touchup and facial. I like to support home business and am very happy with the work done by Jas. My facial was awesome and so relaxing. I got the Glass facial and my mature skin felt so good and glowing. She takes care and does a wonderful job. I have never had any facial that included a mini massage on the back and a sugar scrub top half of my back, this was a big surprise and a plus since my hands don't really reach so far, great work Jas. Sending my kids to her as well!"

"This spa is very neat, clean and nicely decorated. However, I had an extremely poor experience as a prospective new client. I had booked a consultation ($50 deposit btw), arrived early, and STILL waited 20 minutes beyond my appointment time. I had to inform the receptionist that I only paid for an hour parking and 20 minutes is a long time to be "behind" between appointments and I would have to leave if I was waiting much longer. My consultation was maybe 10 minutes, where my nurse injector talked about options and ultimately we decided on a treatment that requires a nurse practitioner to come in from out of town. I would have to pay another deposit to reserve my appointment, saying this new deposit invoice would be emailed to me same-day. It's now 3 days after my appointment and this new invoice has yet to be sent to me. I was looking forward to my treatment regardless of the poor new client experience, but now I am out $50 and need to find a spa with the same treatment option. I guess this business is satisfied with their current clientele that they do not value new clients."

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable (Jess) always helps me out and is a wonderful employee. There is nothing to worry about here except for having a relaxing experience and of course leaving looking and feeling great!"
