"I was gifted with a massage from my wife for my birthday and I was looking forward to it. Sadly, I was disappointed with ToeToSoul Relax Lounge. It was not a relaxing massage at all, it was painful and I thought that maybe I was just really stiff and sore and had some knots to loosen, and that's why it was painful. Unfortunately, it didn't get better. The next day I was even more sore and tender. I would not recommend spending your money here. Very Unsatisfied and still in pain."

"Hailey, the RMT that I had was excellent. However the issue was more about cancellations. When I first booked an appt it was with Tyla , the owner. A few days before I was told that she could not make that appt but I could see Hailey instead on the same morning. After seeing Hailey, I booked another appt with her 2 weeks later. Again, I was told a few days before the appt that Hailey had to cancel. My appt was to be on Monday, and I was offered an appt the following Sat, which was much too far a time in between appts. Due to my frustration, I did not book with them again."

"I have never said to myself while during a massage, “when is this massage going to end.” This was the absolute worst and lack of knowledge massage I have ever experienced. Not only unprofessional but I was also super uncomfortable the whole time. I heard the woman text during my appointment, I also heard another employee go in and out of the room. She was taking to the employee the whole time, while with the door open so there was NO privacy. I felt stuck and uncomfortable to say I didn’t feel secure getting this massage. I got scratch marks on my leg, back & my head from her. When I asked for lighter pressure she pressed even more to the point where I would winced every time she touched me. I then spoke louder saying a lot less pressure. She still didn’t understand. I left this place worse than I did coming in. I will never return"

"I decided to drop in for a 40 minute head spa treatment based on some of the reviews I had read and a few ads that kept popping up. I was not disappointed! The staff were all so friendly and made me feel welcomed. Kelly was wonderful and made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. I left with my hair smelling great, and I felt like a queen. Her colleagues are skilled, attentive, and well-trained in traditional Chinese medicine and western massage techniques.
