    "When you walk into Raintree there will be gorgeous ladies with glowing skin there to greet you. Lisa and her team are so sweet and the spa is so beautiful. I got the Facelift facial with Shaslin, which I highly recommend. She got my skin glowing and so smooth, it was so dry over winter. It was amazing service so I’m excited for my next appointment! ???????????? Thank you ❣️"

    "My family and I decided to get foot massages on a whim and they were able to accommodate us within a half hour all together. It was clean and everyone was warm and welcoming. Joanna up front was great and each person was conscientious of pressure, being mindful of what each person preferred. We have happy feet now."

    "I recently visited this RMT center for a massage appointment I had booked earlier in the day. I chose this center because their website indicated they offered appointments with Tina at 4 PM and provided direct billing to insurance, which was a significant convenience for me. Upon arrival, the space felt somewhat unorganized. There was no receptionist, and the staff seemed surprised to see me. Despite this initial impression, I proceeded with the appointment. Tina, the RMT, was fantastic—her technique was excellent, and I left feeling very relaxed. She was professional, skilled, and truly the highlight of my experience. However, there were several issues with the overall service. The massage was advertised as including a facial, but no facial was provided. Additionally, the direct billing process turned into a frustrating ordeal. Neither of the two staff members on-site spoke English, and Tina, while an excellent RMT, was unfamiliar with the direct billing process and the use of a computer. I ended up spending 40 minutes assisting her behind the reception counter to complete the transaction, which was both awkward and time-consuming. I almost felt like I deserved a discount for essentially doing the receptionist's job. To the owner of this center, I would strongly recommend hiring a receptionist who speaks English and is trained in handling bookings and direct billing processes. This would ensure a smoother experience for clients. Additionally, small upgrades like replacing torn sheets would significantly enhance the overall impression of professionalism. While Tina’s massage skills were exceptional, the overall disorganization and lack of professionalism left me feeling frustrated. At $130, I expected a seamless and relaxing experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I won’t be returning."

    "I don't write reviews regularly but I need to do so here for the staff here at Rejuv Med Spa. We were greeted and consulted with Christine, her patience, depth of knowledge and professionalism were admirable. We got what we were looking for and Tracy was helping us with injection. She was also amazing, we liked the end result very vey much, these 2 ladies will take care of you, guys go try yourselves."
