"I visited this place 4 weeks ago. I paid 250 cad . After few days , I noticed that they took additional 250 cad from my credit card. First amount was from Clinique Grace , 2. amount was from Grace Soins Medico . I also received a fraud activity notice from my bank in same period . I called my bank right away and they canceled my credit card because someone attempted to use my credit card to register a website . I also contacted Clinique Grace to reimburse the money . It has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting . They also stopped answering my messages ."

"Visited this place about 10x. Seems is pleasant and nice. Very clean and comfortable waiting area. So the reason for my rating is solely based on the threading. I've never had this issue before but since visiting this place my hair has become thicker and the growth around my fave longer. My eyebrows are a disaster the shape is completely gone. I am now trying to find a different place. So I wouldn't recommend the threading. Also it's very pricey."

"This spa is very clean and i felt safe all the ladies wore a mask, this place was not over crowded like other spas I think only 2 or 3 girls working at the time. The girl i stayed with was Stassi very beautiful and friendly. I highly recommended this spa very beautiful woman."

"Don't waste your money here! Scalp massage was brutal. Literally just a hair wash using the exact same movements over and over again for an hour. I could hear & feel her heavy breathing and stomach growling the whole time and she left the room 4 times shutting the door loudly. I could hear everything in the hallways including people talking. It was not relaxing. The foot "reflexology" is a basic foot rub & they soak your feet in these uncomfortable wooden buckets. They also don't speak english. They ask you to pay BEFORE your services which is very unprofessional. The scalp rooms are very small and cheap looking. I expected much more for what I paid."
