"I’ve booked two occasions with the Willow Stream spa. My wife and my wedding nails, and now a Christmas staff party. Both occasions they have called the day-of with a sick technician. They’ve made both experiences stressful, and I will not be booking with them again. We hired babysitters, had people coming in from out of town, and all they could offer was going to the pool instead. With less than a few hours notice (they told me they had been trying to find another tech since the day before.) I booked both appointments months in advance and I’m very unhappy with how they’ve handled the experiences."

"We were celebrating my Mom's birthday with a day at the spa. We booked the Ocean Mist facials. All three of us walked out of our treatments feeling like we spent an hour in heaven. We then went to the hot pools to relax further and admire the panoramic view. The staff were nothing short of incredible and the experience was what dreams are made of. Awesome spa and incredible team."
