"Flora is one of the best massagers that I have ever experienced in Edmonton for I have been doing massage since I was in Hong Kong 20 years ago. I also tried many massagers in here but she knows where all the pressure points in the body and once she starts doing it. I feel so comfortable ! Highly recommend her next time when you visit this massage spa !"

"Avoid this place! I was there for my first time the other day for a 90 mins massage. When I arrived this girl took me right into a room. Did not have me fill out any paperwork or ask why I was there or for how long. Halfway through I was told that I needed to change rooms for which I was given a towel. Once I was done and went to pay I was then told that they don’t bill to Sunlife and that Sunlife does not accept their receipts. Only then was I given forms to fill out as a new patient. They were also correct. Sunlife “no longer” accepts any claims from this business. Supposed to be relaxing but terrible experience. Had I known I would not be reimbursed I would have walked out before having massage. Very disappointed and will never go back there. 1 star because it wouldn’t let me post with none."

"I went for a body scrub, as I have been looking to get one for a long time. 1.this was NOT a scrub. I scrub better at home. This was a sponge bath. There was no pressure to scrub the body, and certain areas were missed (armpit, inner thigh). 2. They open the door to check as your redressing so they can stand in the doorway and ask for the tip. 3. The bath room has a mouldy smell to it. . I won’t return, and look to get the service I expected elsewhere. Went back to get my “free” redo, which I booked in advance. Only to sit there 15 min uncomfortably only to be told they thought I was someone else and didn’t plan for me. Then offered me a different service for a different day, not the one I wanted. So it’s a DEFINITE NO!"
