"I have been going to this place for a few months for laser hair removal. Reception is extremely responsive with regards to booking appointments via email and quite welcoming on arrival. I found the first technician I had to be distracted and was made to feel as if she had better things to do. All future appointments have been with Anita and she's been a gem. With regards to the laser hair treatments, I have noticed a decrease in hair and have no doubt once I'm done all my sessions the treatments will have eliminated all unwanted hair. I would have no issue recommending Anne Maaden Day Spa to friends for laser hair removal. I have not used any of their other services."

"This place has been a God sent for my son. Laser hair removal is of the highest results. Because of them my son will no longer have issues with cysts. They always give me exactly what I ask for with the colour, cut and style. It lasts all year long, and looks, and feels so amazing!! Happy, Jasmine, and Preeti, are very skilled at their job; they are patient and careful to get the colour very evenly distributed through out my hair. Seema is always kind enough to make last minute appointments with very fair prices, and still does a beautiful job every time. This is my go to place for cuts and highlights, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!"

"Trying to book an appointment and the owner because she realizes the job is not a lot of money she tells wrong date of next appointment instead of just saying what you want me to do is not worth my time. Not a good look especially since there are not a lot of the same in the area but would rather travel to salons in Brampton where they value business no matter how big or small said business is. I would not recommend this place to anyone who lives in the tri-city or Wellington County area, I would tell them to drive to Brampton or Mississauga as their business would be more valued there. Horrible business practices."

"I’ve been here once before and the service was great and the workers were so kind, although when I came in today they seemed very busy but I just wanted to get A consultation then maybe get my eyebrows waxed, I didn’t have have an appointment so I was fully prepared to be turned away, but surprisingly they said that I could come back in 10-15 minutes and they could do my brows , I came back 10-15 minutes later and then was told by the same person to come back in 10-5 minutes until her coworker was done doing someone else’s eyebrows and then she could do mine. I said ok I came back 10-5 minutes later and get told AGAIN to come back in 10-15 minutes (not once was I asked if I wanted to make an appointment or if I could just take a seat in the store). I come back 10-15 minutes later when another women walks in-front of me and speaks to the worker who I was waiting for, they tell her they have room for her and for her to sit down, I’m then standing there just in shock honestly, then she asked how she could help me I said they told me to come back in 10 mins to get my brows done, but get told that the mall is closing soon and that they would be cutting it short if she did my brows as well. Because guess what the mall was about to close. So I just said I was going home. that was ridiculous….like actually."
