"I have been to this location before, and despite inadequate benches in the change room it was a good experience, although I have noticed wear and tear through the years (I have gone around 6 times over 11 years). My visit yesterday was very disappointing. The sauna was not hot at all. Furthermore, the only cold plunge pool was cloudy. Several patrons were complaining. There were big hair balls in the shower drains which were unsightly but I appreciate can happen especially after a full day. Also, patrons were chatting in the quiet areas quite loudly. Upon leaving, when I noted the broken sauna to staff and asked about a credit of some sort for a future visit the response I got was “no we don’t really do that”. At $84 + per visit that is unacceptable when one of the main features is not operating properly. There are plenty of sauna and cold plunge options open in the city in recent years. I would not recommend going to this location. Edit - I should also add that I called up to have a staff member address the sauna and nobody came down to fix it/look at it."

There is a doctor from Iran as their acupuncturist, lovely registered massage therapists, as well as tailored products for retail. Do not be fooled by their simplicity..this place goes above and beyond to be the best as they love what they do and build relationships on it. Very family oriented. No matter who you choose as a therapist, you are in well cared for hands. Pleasantly surprises by such a warm and inviting welcome. "I was first asked to arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out a form and get fitted into a robe for my "spa treatment/pedicure." Upon arrival I was greeted, instructed to go into the Quiet Room with no further instructions. Spa guests were accompanied by a staff member with full instructions. It's only then that I knew what to do going forward. I saw Spa quests wearing robes but I was not offered one. I was gifted a $150 gift card from my Partner for Christmas and was looking forward to my spa treatment. Not only was I not promised what was offered for my treatment - my pedicure chipped the SAME day. I asked my daughter to fix the issue being that I am going away in a few days and I am not happy with the final product. I will not be going back, nor will I refer anyone to the Old Mill."

"I was really stoked to find this place. You may get sticker shock, but it’s worth it. The whole experience is 20/10 amazing. I’ve booked the Scandinavian room for 1-1.5 hour blocks and it comes with a private/chill room, change room, mint tea, a cold jug of water + mini fridge, TV playing great music, a cold shower/bucket plunge area, and a hot hot sauna. While you won’t be able to submerge yourself in a tub for the cold plunge, I found the bucket drop equally as exhilarating. I also really like the staff. I find her very friendly, funny, and incredibly accommodating. I’ve been early every visit and she just lets me start early. The only thing I would say is to be mindful of your time. There’s no clocks in there (which is nice) and if you got over your extended time I believe it’s $40 per extra half hour. Highly worth it. There’s also membership options. If you’re into cold/hot therapy, this is a really great luxurious option for you."

"This place is great, so it Richard and the girls that work there. Unfortunately the place is being attacked by some bad applws disgruntled ex employees that havent gotten their way. Chantel ( mariah), Barb, Stacey, and Evelina) tried to make a plot to get Richard thrown out of his own business ( lol) this did not work. He never beat Barb she made a false accusation, police dismissed it as she had no mark on her body, and the witnesses present during this alledged attack made sure police knew she was lying. After this alledged attack she begged for wks for her job back ( if this man beat her why would she want her job back) exactly she made it up. All the other girls as well wanted their jobs back when they were refused they started to make false, slandering online accusations ( which police are investigating). They continuously harass amd stalk the spa and employees. This is sad and pathetic on their part, police are handling it Now, and they will be held responsible. These are grown women some almost 50... Move on, your are only embarassing yourselves. The real loyal clients of KSS know the truth."

"I was driving by one evening and saw that the clinic offered Accupunture treatment. At the time, I was dealing with exhausting nerve pain, and was already seeing my regular chiropractor, Dr. with not much improvement. So I figured I give the accupunture a shot. Just after a few sessions with Dr. DiFilippo I was able to sleep better, and my range of movement dramatically increased. I am still a way from being completely pain-free, but I am certain that with consistent treatment, I will get there soon. Dr. DiFilippo takes the time to explain everything, so I actually understand what is going on with my body.
