    "I had the most incredible massage with an absolutely fantastic masseuse! She worked wonders on my tension, and I left feeling like a new person—so much better than before. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!"

    "I had a lovely and amazing first time experience at Queen’s Head Spa! Kim was very kind and professional. My entire experience was met with warmth, on top of feeling extremely relaxed. I had the deluxe premium package and it was definitely worth it! I highly recommend Kim and overall Queen’s Head Spa to anyone seeking a needed self-care! 10/10 ????????"

    "Shady practises and take advantage of young students. My oldest is going through the Esthetics course at ATC. She was looking to begin her apprenticeship and got in touch with the people at My El Spa. She went in for a regular interview, and returned for a practical interview showcasing her nail skills and reception abilities. Afterwards she was told they would be in contact with her. After hearing nothing for awhile she called to show continued interest and was told the owner was leaving for holidays the next day but would call her back before then. Several weeks later after no contact they called her out of the blue and asked her to come in for training (on Mother's Day weekend). She went in on the Saturday and after one hour the person training her tells her she just talked to the owner who decided it was too busy to train her (what would they expect for Mother's Day) and to come back Wednesday. She went back and worked for two more hours where they just had her cleaning the salon before sending her home again and asking her to come again the next Saturday. Come Saturday with no contact she calls and is told the owner isn't answering their messages so they'll have her come back the next Wednesday instead. No word again and my daughter gave up trying. Now we are trying to at least get her paid for the few hours she worked. The owner says it was a misunderstanding and it was all just one long multipart interview and she would never hire anyone when she wasn't there (yet apparently people can be "interviewed" without her there). With some talking around my daughter has learned of another girl who was doing their apprenticeship there and never got their hours put in and my coworker told me of another case where the person apprenticing left for somewhere else because of the shenanigans they were pulling. EDIT: as to your reply, there were two interview days she attended then was asked to come in for "Training". Training is no longer an interview process, and the fact that you took weeks between every step and my daughter had to continuously reach out to even find out what was going on shows your lack of communication skills. If you're the one who makes the decisions then why were your staff the ones calling her in and telling her when to come, either you told them to and are now denying or they were going behind your back. Either way it sounds like a poorly run business."

    "I also have my lashes done every 3weeks. All of the staff strive for perfection and the salon is calm and pleasant. You will never be disappointed and if you are unhappy about a service they will make it right. I love Soul Beauty and highly recommend it."

    "Very quiet, but that's how it's supposed to be. Loved the outcome of my pedicure. Not busy, took us right 15 mins before my exact appointment time. Took care of my nails, and was very good and picky about how the nails should be done. Will definitely come back!"

    "Wonderful experience when I showed up with my "16 years in healthcare" sore back. He knew exactly what to do and his powerful hands did it to great effect------it was so supportive for my path to wellness !! I noticed that when someone's name is on the business it really makes a difference vs. Someone who is just working at a spa. I guess because I work in healthcare- I really notice when someone cares about what they do and how they do it.....It's a difference I can feel"
