I was told by the male secretary at the front that RMT numbers would be provided for insurance purposes when I called and made my appointment. I arrived and went through with my session, only to be told after I paid that no RMT numbers would be provided. I encourage EVERYONE to avoid this place. Obviously they are comfortable with straight up lying to people to make some extra cash"

"I had my first massage today by Alana I have never been to massage therapy and didn't quite know what to expect. But she was wonderful and amazing! Talked me through the whole process and what she was doing and why she was doing it and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My body is a nightmare most days and she was very understanding of my problems and took the time to address each problem. I left today feeling more lose and less tension. I can't wait till our next session! Highly recommend 10/10!"

"My husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible services that this spa has to offer. We both received the full body scrub with minerals from the Dead Sea, which left our skin baby smooth. We enjoyed a hot stone massage, which was the best massage I've had in my entire life, and I've had many! The heat definitely helps to penetrate the muscles and relax them. Whist having a facial, we had an amazing scalp massage, during which my husband was so relaxed, he fell asleep! The most jaw dropping experience was the Detox footbath. They were able to tell me that I'd been exposed to a great deal of cigarette smoke from my childhood, issues I have with acid reflux and with what was coming out of my liver & kidney, too much wine in my diet. They'd never met me before! Amazing! We were pampered with pedicures so that our feet were just as soft and cared for as the rest of us. I had the pleasure of Macaila to do my massage & my husband had Roberta's expert hands, both are amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"From the moment I walked in to the moment I was too relaxed to leave, this Headspa was exceptional. Cozy place in a very fancy building. The whole place smells amazing and the customer service was very warm and welcoming. I was serviced by Vanny for the hydro scalp massage/wash. She was so sweet and knows what she is doing. Washed my hair so elegantly and it felt great. The best part is that their water management is great. Little to no splashes on the face. Excellent neck and shoulder massage included. They have an electronic dryer that helps dry your hair.. you just sit and they put your hair in it (similar to the hand dryers in public places) before hair is dryed manually. I booked a second appointment on the spot for a full body and scalp massage. A fantastic, serene and relaxed experience overall! Parking is underground in the residence building and free for the first 3 hours for customers. They are located on the second floor. The Happy Headspa left me feeling rejuvenated no doubt!"

"I found this Spa by accident. My massage therapist "Theresa" was: Professional, experienced, knowledgeable and skillful with her service! I have had 2 sessions so far and will definitely continue with treatments. My chronic back pain is improving Dramatically and she was able to find painful "muscle knots" also in my back.
