"Britteny Horricks "RMT" performed a miracle on my displaced disk in my back. My back felt as if some one squashed my backbone down. The pain was excruciating, I rode my bike to the appointment. She was amazed that I made it there. After 45 minutes of working on all the other areas around the disk. My hips were out of alignment or something like that, what ever she said. Once it was done, I still felt the same. I got a ride home, by the time I got home some of the pain subsided. I thought for sure I would have to go to the hospital. I did not have too. I just went home and rested. and follow the instructions she strongly suggested. I soaked in the tub of hot water twice. Took to extra strength Advil, went to sleep, woke up amazingly better. I texted her that she performed a miracle that of a spiritual healer. She texts back it is Science. I agreed, and its both. Science and spirituality are synergistic. If one has negative energy, one cannot heal as fast, as a person with positive energy. Brittney is always preaching about drinking water after a session. I do. I eat properly, no Carbonated drinks, Refined sugars, Artificial flavors, and Preservatives that are chemically made = C.R.A.P. If one has a negative eating habit, you can not heal properly. Once again it was a miracle that I am 99.99% better in less than a 24 hour time period. Thank you Brittney"

"Such a wonderful place. I had the YUME Head Spa treatment and it was amazing. I left feeling like a different person. If you're expecting something soft and soothing you will be surprised to find it more stimulating and energizing. Lots of wonderful scents as well. I'm fairly certain my scalp has never been so clean. Definitely worth the money for something you won't find anywhere else in Sudbury."

"They have a classic sauna, IR sauna, hot pool, cold pool, showers, lounge chairs, exercise bike, and stair stepper. Men and women each have their own spa. Everything was working and clean. The staff was bilingual in English. It's a great experience at the price point. I'd call it a highly functional and enjoyable value spa. If you want luxury, go to an overpriced hotel spa. If you want to relax, and you're not an up tight person, it's perfect!"
