"I was a loyal customer for myself, son and daughter going for many years and paying each and every single bill. I get a call two months after my son’s cut to suggest we didn’t pay for that bill. I was so confused because it was that many months out from when we saw them but also because they were confused, they didn’t have my sons name right and suggested I had brought two of my sons - I only have one. Anyways I was patient, their receptionist realizing what she was contacting me for made no sense said she’d go back and check her information. We hung up, I went to my credit card and saw the charge in June. I kept that as proof thinking she’d call me back shortly. Now we are October - 4 months since the appointment and 2 months when they tried to “collect” payment for what I already paid for they called me saying that I hadn’t paid for that June service. I am flabbergasted and embarrassed for them at this point because of the time lapse and the bad judgment to still pursue this. I explained to the lady this and that I did have the proof of payment and even if I didn’t for their mess up they should’ve waived the fee. I found this was exemplary how they don’t care about their loyal customers and so I told them and did make the decision that I won’t be sending myself or son there anymore nor will I recommend them as I find they managed this situation highly unprofessional. If you decide to get your hair cut there make sure to keep all proof of payment or they may harass you like they have me over months without any proof that you didn’t pay."

"It’s very expensive place , if you need full service for which every body go there girl at the reception says $60 for the entry and $110 for the service which we need to pay to the girl . When you go inside the girl inside ask $500 for full service . Then she describe that $110 are for body massage only . Nothing else, so if you r going for a useless massage go spend $170 but if you need full service then be ready to spend $60 outside at reception and $450 to $600 inside . Be aware"
