"5 Stars - Amazing Pedicure at Lotus Spa! I just had one of the best pedicures at Lotus Spa! From the moment I walked in and offered a cup of tea - I felt relaxed by the calm atmosphere, and I made sure I was comfortable right away. The woman who took care of me was fantastic—she really took her time and gave my feet the attention they deserved. The pedicure was incredibly thorough. My workbook feet haven’t felt so soft and refreshed! If you’re looking for a place that offers top-notch service and an all-around great experience, Lotus Spa is where you need to go. I’ll definitely be back for my next pedicure!"

"His hours were convenient for me and Mark made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The level of Marks ability to understand your areas of stiffness and or pain is intuitive and he explains clearly to you what needs to be done to correct the issues. I do recommend going to see him if you are looking for a massage therapist."

My only issue is that I pay $135 for a 1 hour massage, but it is typically only 50 minutes since the therapist comes to get you right on time, then you have to explain where the pain is, then you have to change and get under the sheet. It’s just frustrating when I pay so much more than where I used to go to (Richmond massage)."

"Great place to get a curly haircut! I'd been hesitant to get my curls cut anywhere, and I finally went to them. Annette and Norbie really know curly hair. Not only do my curls look great now, I also got a lot of curly hair tips from Annette! Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back :)"

"It was by chance when I drove past Frederick Mall and saw a sign regarding skin tags. My prayers were answered, because i had already spoke to a plastic surgeon and told me it was going to cost $5000 with no guarantees. The skin I had around my eyes was inherited by my mother. We both have the same eye condition. I have gone to this spa for about 10 years and recommend Leanne and her spa to everyone. Pampered and treated totally professionally at all times. Leanne gave me my self esteem back! A true Angel!"

"If you are on the fence, just do it! After trying to figure out a routine on my own and spending a lot of money on products that didn’t work at all (or well together) to address my concerns, I finally reached out for a virtual consultation. I was asked to fill out an extensive questionnaire and submitted photos and Maja and Jasmine got back to me fairly promptly with a routine and suggestions for products. They have also been very responsive to my questions and were able to suggest alternative products to address an allergy. I have been using the routine for a month and I am already seeing significant improvement. While starting an entirely new skin routine can be expensive, you will save money in the long run with a simplified regimen using effective products. I highly recommend the service!"
