"Unfortunately my entire experience with Total Kneads has been exceptionally unprofessional. Barely 8 hours before my appointment my masseuse emailed me from their personal email saying they need to cancel and offered me one time slot 2 days away. When I informed them I couldn't make that time slot and offered an alternative day, instead of trying to work with me they fully cancelled my appointment with barely so much as an apology. I already attempted to call them at two different times during the day to resolve this, but both times their phone rang until it sent me to voicemail. As a client, if I were to act this way, I would be charged a minimum of $45+tax. I would not recommend Total Kneads to anyone."
