"I’m not very impressed, but let’s start with the positives...the people who worked there were nice and the space was nice. The price for what I received was not. $55 for pedicure and $35 for a manicure. I got a clear coat on my pedicure so clearly it’s lasted the few hours since I’ve been home, but my manicure lasted one hour before a chunk was missing. With zero drying time between coats I am not surprised. Maybe in the times when they used the machines to dry nails, but you can’t blaze through coat after coat without allowing for even a second of drying time. My mother has to get hers redone while at the spa because of this issue and all she did was take off her socks. Money asides, it’s the 80 minutes of time wasted and now I have a large noticeable chunk missing from my left index finger and left ring finger the nail polish pushed back from the edge of the nails. I couldn’t even say how it happened since I didn’t do anything when I got home. They might argue it was the fact this colour needed three coats, but this colour was recommended and by the second coat I could still see my nail-bed so maybe this colour shouldn’t be used for this (as I later found out they also use it for French nails). The rest of the nails are already showing signs of wear, but nothing like these two. Asides from the manicure, there was certainly nothing to write home about for the pedicure. They barely did anything to our feet and I can still see problem areas that should have been addressed. Despite being referred here I don’t think I’ll be back and to be honest I’m a little disappointed that this was my Christmas gift from last year. Bring your own dryer if you decide to go."

"I went for the double peel along with scalp massage and their eye treatment. The common area is clean and very tranquil to relax until my treatment started. Sarah was incredible and was the best 1.5 hours I have had. My face feels amazing and it looks wonderful! I can’t wait to book by my next spoil myself day!"

"A friend referred me to Irina and I am so grateful that she did! Irina pinpoints exact areas of pain or stress even if you don’t realize the root of it. She is so good at explaining and treats the cause, not just the afflicted area. After exhausting the medical system, podiatrists, expensive orthotics and specialty footwear for recurring injuries on the knee and excruciating bone spurs and pain in the Achilles, Irina was my first step to recovery. I had more range of movement, less chronic pain, a greater knowledge of mechanics of the body and a plan for healing after only one treatment! When I arrived, I had trouble getting out of my vehicle after stiffening up during my drive in and had to pull myself up the front steps, painfully leading with one foot on each step. She had me claiming steps with each foot after that treatment. Several treatments later, as she tracks where my whole body is needing realignment from so many years compensating for injuries, she has me walking more again! Not only is Irina skilled and knowledgeable at what she does, she has the best personality!"
