"Such a great experience! Starting with booking my appointment. Steph took my call and tried her best to have my 2 services as close together as possible. I only waited 15 mins between them, it was great! My first service was a lash lift with Maggie (Soft Focus). She is so lively and fun! For a service that isn't the most enjoyable, it was still a great time. It felt like hanging out and chatting with a close friend. And she did an amazing job, my lashes look gorgeous! My 2nd service was a hydration facial with Kat. She was so sweet and friendly. She was also very knowledgeable about products to recommend! I didn't know what to expect for this service. So the massage portion was a pleasant surprise! It was so calming and relaxing. The salon itself is clean, sleek, and professional. I have been before for haircuts and massages as well. And I would recommend it to anyone for any service they have in mind!"

My only piece of constructive criticism is to allow payments after each service is complete, versus paying up front (especially if you want to buy a package at a great price, but don’t want to pay it all upfront). First my brother and spouse went to this Salon and told us about it and since then my husband goes no where else. He likes a good haircut for a fair price and that's why he continues to go. Raj is a very talented hair stylist and does her best to cut my hair with any picture I bring in-and there have been a lot of them over the years. "It was a horrible experience. Went for manicure Shelac. I will spare you details but I left work NO Nails. Length filed down completely and the colour she used was leaking over cuticles therefore had to be filed off. They do not have foil to properly remove nor proper nail polish. I can not say I would ever recommend this place. The lady was very noce and felt badly but it is only obvious that manicures are not the top service they provide. It was an hour and I left with blue polish on my corners of nails and in my cuticles. Now to go back to my own nail place to get this “fixed “. I only went as I had a wayspa gift card to use and felt this was a nice place with good reviews. I was wrong."

The place is always spotless, they clean thoroughly and consistently. For a walk in massage (not RMT) you get 45 minutes for about $50 plus taxes. Their hours are so convenient as they close around 9pm except Sundays at 8pm - check their website to confirm. If you enjoy a deep tissue massage then this is for you."
