"Six months ago, I started feeling pain in my left trapezius muscle, and it gradually moved to my shoulder, then to my bicep and tricep. I found it not only uncomfortable, but confusing because I did not injure myself. I have an active yoga practice, and I was unable to do yoga because it aggravated my pain. I tried acupuncture for about 3 months, but the improvements were minimal and did not last. That told me that it must be a structural problem, so I thought I would try chiro. Anyone who deals with chronic pain knows that eventually, you'll try anything just to get rid of that pain! I had been to North Shore Wellness years ago, and didn't hesitate to return because they have excellent practitioners. I saw Dr. Terry Dickson, and he theorized that I was experiencing referred pain from a pinched nerve in my cervical spine, due to alignment issues. I am a computer worker, and he said my neck was intially like concrete - ultimately improving to where it was like clay. It continues to improve. Terry is incredibly knowledgeable, with deep expertise and experience. Plus, he really cares about his patients! Thanks to Terry, I am almost fully healed and realize that I need to stop neglecting my spinal health. I want to thank Terry and also Emma - his front desk staff - who is always so accommodating and lovely to deal with."

But wait....after many years of putting it off I finally decided to do something about my over plucked, over waxed eyebrows. I went ahead and took the free consult. Within minutes I knew I was in great hands and booked Micro-blading with this clinic. I am thrilled with the outcome, could not be happier. I feel it is important to mention that I am a nurse and find this place to be top notch. This clinic conducts itself as the medical spa they claim to be. They are professional, organized and staffed with friendly expertise staff in their field. This clinic/spa is truly a one stop shop. They can meet all your needs."

"I'm more than a month late with my review, but I wanted to share it anyways. My friend and I had a great time at the Spa at Q. It was incredibly relaxing and our treatments were fantastic. I received a massage and a reflexology treatment. Both my therapists were so fantastic and so kind. They really made the experience worthwhile. One pet peeve that I had was there was a large party at the spa while we were there and they had their stuff around our lockers and it was hard to get to our lockers because there stuff was there and it wasn't being moved. But other than that it was a great experience! The hotel rooms were so wonderful and it felt so luxurious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. However, we did feel the restaurant food was underwhelming and overpriced. I got the Salmon dish and I was disappointed at the size of the piece of salmon I got. I get a bigger piece with the Factor Meals I order. So I think next time, I wouldn't eat at the hotel restaurant. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to bring my family sometime!
