"I have been for massage here at least six times. The first few massage here were fabulous, unfortunately it seems that was as good as it gets. The last couple of times I have been in for a massage it is getting worse and worse. Today the receptionist was not pleasant and more put off that I asked for a receipt because she had her dinner at the counter , very rude and unprofessional ! I should not have paid for the service before going back for the massage was not even close to how great it was even in December of last year. Very disappointing service today, start to finish. Not exactly a cheap service, don’t waste money here. For a fast foot massage maybe ok is about all ."

"My dad and I came to the area for vacation, and desperately needed a massage from the long drive… called may places and they were booked, ended up calling here and she was happy to squeeze both of us in, right away! We got there and were greeted with a smile and someone very kind. I can see why her reviews have so many long term customers because she’s a very sweet lady, and very knowledgeable! Gave us recommendations for topical and oral supplements. Recommended stretches. And again, was just very friendly and kind. She feels like family. I highly recommend her!"

"Great place for massage therapy! They’re so good though that they book up fast so make sure to try to get appointments booked in advance as much as possible if you have a favourite RMT. If you can’t, place yourself on the cancellation list, they’re usually very good about getting you in when they have appointments available."

The premise is beautiful and the double treatment room was beautifully lit with soft music. Our 90 minutes of a great massage was enjoyable and so relaxing. "On September 1st, I sent an email to schedule epilation and asked for the price. They answered me the same day that they could not determine the exact price because it ranges from $125-$350. They made an appointment for me to come on September 9 and then they will tell me the exact price and that I can do the first treatment on the same day. In the evening after work, I saw the email and replied that September 9 suits me and that I will come at the scheduled time. The next day, they replied that I had 4 hours to respond to their email, but since I responded after a few hours, they already made an appointment with another person, and they can only receive me on September 16. I wrote to them, why didn't they tell me that, why didn't they mention the 4-hour deadline for an answer. I asked for a conversation with the owner or manager, to explain to them how unprofessional they are and that this way of doing business is zero. To this day, they have not deigned to answer my email, nor to allow me to speak with the owner. It's a shame that they do so unprofessionally and unorganized. It is unfortunate that such persons are paid for such irresponsibility and discourtesy. Firstly, they don’t even know the prices, and secondly, they can’t come up with the dates when and how to make an appointment."

"I went to Fine Lines for the first time and was blown away by their amazing staff and beautiful clinic! Robyn did my Botox in my forehead and crows feet. She answered my questions and took time to understand what I was looking for. She also followed up with me after to see if I liked my results which was a great touch! "I have been several times and each time Emma provides a fabulous massage. She is attentive and skilled. My headaches and shoulder pain have greatly improved since seeing Emma in a regular basis. I did not find them pushy like another review stated. They do ask for forms to filled out but this is standard practice from all massage therapists I’ve ever seen. I appreciate the phone call reminder because life gets busy and I would hate to waste an appointment spot. This business is professional and well run."
