When it’s time for a massage I usually just nab the next available opening and I’ve had a positive experience with many different RMTs including Karen and Marcus."

"Worst massage ever. Previous room occupants were 10 minutes late coming out. So I was 15 minutes late going in. And I had booked a 1 hour massage. Masseuse tells me I can only do 45 minutes because there are other customers waiting. Then to top it off, they give me a receipt indicating their spa is in Gatineau, Quebec. I told them my insurance company does not accept out-of-province receipts. Plus, the spa is in ottawa, and the business license on the wall is from Ontario. They refused to change the address on the receipt. And offered me 50% off but without a receipt. Unprofessional, sneaky, and will cut corners. Imagine the shortcuts they take when cleaning/sanitizing their rooms?"

"AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I booked an appointment but when I got there, I was told that no one made an appointment for me! And the worst thing is I initially wanted to get the spring special, but the person who picked up the call told me that the special ended long time ago (however they still have the info on their website). Then when I got there, i literally saw the poster of spring special on their door. Very shady!!"

"Best facial I’ve ever had—hands down. I used to get facials monthly in Montreal at all the top luxury spots, so I’ve experienced every tool, technique, and treatment you can imagine. But this one? On a whole other level. Anna was not only the sweetest human, but the facial itself was next-level. She used so many advanced tools and techniques I’ve never experienced before—and the hand, arm, and décolletage massage? Incredible. I walked out feeling sculpted, lifted, and completely relaxed. I’ve officially found my new monthly go-to in Ottawa. Can’t recommend her enough!"

"I have mild scoliosis as well as postural issues and low bone mass. I have had chronic pain for years. I started a year and a half ago taking the osteoporosis class and I am amazed at the improvement in my strength, pain, and posture. I do two other classes each week. The yin class is relaxing and lovely, while giving the body a good stretch. The beginner class is great for strength as well as learning to incorporate breathing techniques into the practice. Dawn is kind, energetic, and fun. She encourages us constantly, but respects our individuality. Yoga is for everybody."
