"I booked a pedicure and was then contacted via text by Glow to move the appointment up by several hours because of an impending storm. Of course (even with a very busy schedule) I rearranged my day. I showed up for my appointment at the time they requested me to come. I was then told that I didn’t have an appointment at that time it was still showing the original time. I showed the receptionist the texting from Glow. There was no proper apology. I asked since I was already there is there not someone who could possibly fit me in? She then disappeared and came back and said they could get someone to do in a half hour. I had to ask for this and there was no offer of a glass of wine or anything for the hassle. You really need to look at the customer service of your reception and texting to clients. My pedicure service was nice."
