I had a laser treatment carried out by the nurse and she did a great job of explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwards. I treated myself to a few products from the Biologique Recherche line that they carry. Amazing results, worth every penny! The easy to access underground parking is a bonus!"

"The staff was friendly, but we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the spa. From the moment we walked in, it felt poorly maintained. The towels and robes were old, worn, and had a musty smell, which was off-putting. The floors and treatment rooms didn’t feel clean, and the overall atmosphere was messy and neglected—far from the relaxing spa experience we expected. This place desperately needs a deep clean and a serious refresh. While my massage was great, my facial was not worth it. I had the LPG facial, and the esthetician seemed unsure of how to use the machine properly. The power even went out during my session, and she didn’t acknowledge it until I brought it up. To make matters worse, she skipped my forehead entirely, and when I pointed it out, she denied it instead of correcting the mistake. It was disappointing. Between the lack of cleanliness, the poor facial experience, and the overall disorganized feel, we left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning."
