"Had an awesome experience at Sweat and Shiver in Abbotsford! The staff was super welcoming and friendly. We had a private sauna and cold plunge suite, which was so nice — really clean, beautiful, and relaxing. The sauna temp was perfect, and the cold plunge was such a good challenge. Loved the setup and would definitely come back. Highly recommend checking it out!"

It is basically active meditation and requires you to get extremely present to the moment and in the body. This is one of my favorite aspects. "Received manicures and pedicures yesterday for my sisters wedding and these are the worst manicures/pedicures we’ve ever received. My 5 year old niece could do a better job. They never did any cuticle work on two of the four of us that went, the polish was sloppily applied, the water they used to soak our hands was cold, and these are just a few examples of the poor service received. This might be acceptable at a walk in mail salon but not for a spa that charges close to 80$ a hand."

"Terrible shellac manicure pedicure job. Shellac started flaking off within only 1 week, the shellac job was smudged same day, really bad job overall - would NOT recommend. It also cost almost double the price of any other nail place in Abbotsford - SO BAD. Kya Nails does excellent shellac jobs that last about 4 weeks!"
