"It was a very pleasant first visit. All the staff and girls said hi and were nice. The lady owner said sorry to me a few times already, cause I had to hang out in the waiting area for 20 minutes. All the girls were busy with other customers. After my session was over, I can see why it was so busy. Trust me, these people can really blow!!! You will be treated like a king. Small downside is I have to ask for a few things. Cause they didn't check and made sure all the rooms have enough towels, pillows along with things people need for taking a shower, etc. Overall the rooms are clean, and were not smelly at all. But I have seen cleaner at other parlors. This place is not picture perfect, but close...AWESOME!!!!!!"

"I have been seeing Peniby for around 2 years due to a sports injury with my lower back and sciatic nerve. Her oesteopathy treatment is very effective, and as a young athlete, she has helped speed up my recovery so I can get back into my sports faster. After my sessions with Peniby I always feel less pain in my injured areas and in my overall muscle tension. She also recommends many exercises I can do at home to help my recovery. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with injuries or pain. Especially as a younger patient, she has made sure I feel comfortable at every appointment!"

"This spa is worth waiting for! I have had Evelyn do a gel manicure for me. I was going on holidays and decided to have a manicure done instead of doing it myself. The polish application was perfect! The best part is, it lasted the 10 days of my vacation without any chipping or dull polish. In fact the color lasted 3 weeks and it would have lasted longer, but my nails were long and needed to be filed. This is a beautiful spa, with quality products, great staff and incredible service."

"They did not disappoint! The vibes were immaculate. The moment you walk in you’re transported, the decor is really incredible. Every single item is thought through and goes with the theme, from the alarm clock to the bathroom incense. It is just so so beautiful, such a treat to be inside such a well designed, beautiful space. Now for the massage itself. Andre did a truly excellent job. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and was the perfect balance of gentle but deep enough to release tension. He was an expert, releasing the knots and muscles in a way that relieved so much pain immediately. He was almost like a physiotherapist with his expertise, releasing pressure points in the armpit to relieve pain in the shoulders. I felt so much better, one of the best massages I’ve gotten and I’ve had hundreds all over the world. I definitely had much better mobility and less pain, even the next day had no increased soreness. I will say they are almost double the price compared to my usual place, and even after my generous insurance ($160) I paid around $130 extra for an 80min massage. However I think it was worth it and such a special treat! There was a bit of a hiccup with scheduling that I was disappointed with, where after I scheduled over the phone weeks in advance, they called me the morning of asking me to come earlier. However, they did their best to make up for it and as long as it’s a one time issue, I will stick to giving them the full 5 stars. Overall absolutely wonderful, the only thing that would make it better is having a sauna in the facility however there are many other spas nearby to hop over to afterwards!"

I must say Corrin is absolutely amazing at what she does! Her connection to the body and what's going on is beyond anything I've experienced before. I've also had energy work done by Monica the owner who is definitely skilled at what she does! The staff up front is great also. "Apparently not the same place that it was with previous practitioners seeing all the other reviews are 5 stars and this was not even close to a one star service. I would not recommend. The care provided is not hands on and the "care plan" that is provided is literally computer generated. $270 for an hour of my time to sit on a computer. NOT worth the time or the money. I should also mention that when I called to change my appointment time they charged my card immediately (my first booking and there was zero grace period for the change so BEWARE); they will likely dispute this comment as they did with me on the phone but this is not good business practice. Additional concerns but we shall agree to disagree on the quality of service provided. My review is warranted as a warning to the public as I felt a duty to share my experience as I am allowed to do so. Take it or leave it but in my opinion, there are far better options out there."

"Nice Ambiance, but horrible experience. Booking is definitely challenging as the reception is not familiar with the details of services. Scrub is definitely not worth the time or money. They literally have you lay down on towels and they put towels on top of you while scrubbing. It was messy and she missed a few key areas. The prices are on par with other hotel spas (Shangri la, four seasons etc) but the services are dated and are not worth those prices. I literally ended my service early because I was so uncomfortable. My technician agreed my experience was horrible (flickering lights, damp towels and broken shower head which drenched me from head to toe etc) and committed to speaking with the manager. manager came and spoke with me and he apologized and said he would look into things. I then was checked out and paid my bill and not one person asked about my experience. I phoned a few days later to follow up and was told manager would phone me. He phoned next day and began the call by saying “ so how can I help you” as if our whole conversation on the day of was irrelevant. Throughout the convo I was met with a condescending and cold tone, He ended the convo with “they followed service protocol but he would get back to me after looking into things”. I told him don’t bother, it doesn’t take days to rectify a situation as such. No regard for customer experience is concerning and I definitely will never book there again."

I am on my 3rd package with them! STAFF - You can tell that they truly care & love their job. Laser hair removal results are nothing without highly skilled knowledgeable caring staff! ENVIRONMENT - total zen vibe!!! LOCATION - the southside location was more convenient for me - but the drive out west is TOTALLY WORTH IT So I say - CHECK THEM OUT! I'd bet money the other services they offer would be worth it as well given their expertise!"

You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door, from the receptionist to the girl in the room to even the cat!! lol I recently had the pleasure of seeing Camryn! What a sweetheart!! She has this awesome bubbly personality and she is VERY good at her job!! I would highly recommend her! Personally I have never seen a lady there that I was not happy with! "I recently completed physiotherapy with Sunny for rotator cuff/shoulder tendonitis. The physio helped a great deal with range of motion, pain and strengthening. Various techniques were used from scraping, cupping, physical manipulation, laser and tens and at home programs/exercises for stretching and strengthening. Sunny and the various assistants were were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to someone in need of physiotherapy. The clinic has great hours that can be worked around your work schedule. They also have a wide range of services. I have also done the massage therapy.
