"Our Knead experience was great from start to finish. We booked the appointment by phone and got an email confirmation. We did need to confirm in the email again. Something that was a bit weird was that we got rescheduled half an hour past our booking appointment, however it worked out great with our schedule. When we entered the vibe was very calming. We were offered tea - it was one of the best teas I’ve had! My friend was wearing tight pants, so they offered him looser pants to wear since they are also massaging our feet. Overall excellent experience from start to finish. There are also plenty of parking in front of the store."

"Jennifer is absolute magic - worth the wait to get in (& I pre-book appointments as there’s always something wrong with me ????) Yes they only do debit, but I’ve personally never had an issue with it. Parking is always available & rooms are always cozy and clean. Bonus points: the front desk staff are so lovely and relaxed. I was hesitant to leave a review because I don’t want her to be so busy I can’t get in, but the world deserves to know!"
