"I had the misfortune of visiting Aries Spa yesterday, my chiropractor suggested a gentle massage due to lower back pain, since my therapist was not available, I paid $50.00 for a 45 minute massage at Aries on West Broadway, the massage was over in 34 minutes and the attendant asked at least 20 times how much tip I would give her and offered to provide sexual services and I refused, she left the room on 4 occasions and answered 5 phone calls during the massage, this was the worse massage I ever had, please do not waste your time or money in this establishment."

"From someone who has seen a lot of massage therapists and who has incurred too many sport related injuries, Shannon and Rachel both offer the absolute best therapeutic massage I’ve ever received! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and extremely effective when it comes to dealing with acute injuries. They use a wide variety of techniques including the Grasston method (which I haven't seen offered anywhere else in town) and cupping to support their individual approach to getting you feeling better. Rachel has even seen my 9 year old son who has a plethora of health related issues. My son always comes home relaxed and asking to go again soon. I highly highly recommend!"

"For years my work-place has been suggesting that I use our benefits which include massage therapy, and I just never looked into it, until recently when I started having a lot of upper back aches and pains. I booked an appointment at H&S Vaughan West location, and went to my first ever massage. The RMT was Anna, and she did an amazing job, and she even soldiered through my request for mentholated oil (it was a custom option, but honestly it helped a lot) which in retrospect may have been overkill for her (sorry ????) . Thankfully they made my experience positive (I felt so awkward about it at first) but I definitely see myself making use of this benefit more, and booking with Anna again."

"Had a fantastic spa day! Had the 60 min RMT massage with access to the lounge and water therapy. Included in the package was food .. it was simple food but hit the spot. I ordered the fries, chicken nuggets and noodles. My RMT therapist Victoria - was a perfect 10/10. She's strong... she had the right amount of pressure and flow.. I highly recommend her if you're in need of a deep tissue massage. Customer service was top notch. Starting from the front desk to all the servers who served us. Just went over and above my expectation for our party of 7. If youre looking for quiet and relaxation -- this spa is for you. Definitely quieter than other Nordics spas I have been too. "They took me in right away when the original nail place I booked an appt mixed up the dates for the appt - I had a fun colourful design I wanted done and they said no problem. Got a pedicure as well and it was all done smoothly and I have nothing bad to say. They took care of me and my friend very well. Pricing decent, gets pricy with the more you want done on your nails ofc but it’s my birthday so I decided to go all out haha"
