"My partner and I live in the area and we decided to support the local businesses around us. We booked a massage here and we have never experienced such unprofessional service at a spa before. Our appointment was booked for 6pm and we arrived 5mins early. When we were placed in our own rooms at the first glance the room was not that bad and there was relaxing music playing. HOWEVER the walls were so thin you could hear everything like there were no walls. It was so bad that it was cancelling out the music in the room to help you relax. Our masseuses then enters and start by 6:10 pm because they all were in the front laughing and chatting away, because both of our rooms were in front of the receptionist. Once the masseuse started I tried to relax and tune into the music to help me BUT 10min into the massage the lady stopped and opened the door to chit chat and laugh with one of the employees for a couple mins, and same goes for my partners masseuses. I wanted to leave but they already started and I was hoping after that it would get better but I was wrong. I tried multiple times to relax my body but it was so chaotic that towards the end I was truly disappointed and upset with the unprofessional staff that I just wanted to leave ASAP, but it got worse. The staff requested for "cash only" which I was ok with but due to the experience my partner and I had we did not want to tip because not only did we not get a full hour but also because the staff were unprofessional. After giving my payment in FULL, I had expressed my concerns with the experience and wanted to provide feed back respectfully but they ignored our feedback and concern and stated that "WE NEED TO LEAVE A TIP" because they made me feel like bad I gave them a $5 tip but NO they ASKED FOR AT LEAST $20 tip per masseuse. I tapped my partner signaling him that I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave ASAP so we left and did not even engage."

"I have been coming here for over 10 years and had another lovely, relaxing spa treatment at Harmonia Experience Spa this week which included a facial with microdermabrasion and Osmosis Vitaminin A Infusion leaving my skin luminous, and fully hydrated. All the while Parthena was most accommodating and made sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed. In fact, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. I came out of there hours later feeling 100% energized with a full manicure, pedicure (love the gorgeous, trendy colour you selected. You have such good taste!). And thank you for skilfully shaping my eyebrows as well. Truly what I needed at this time of the year! I made a promise to myself that I will get these treatments more frequently in the coming year - particularly the facials! Thank you again Parthena for your expert advice on daily skincare. "I moved to Chilliwack last Spring and started going to see Dawn for monthly facials shortly after. First, the place is gorgeous! It has such a cozy, warm feel, and it smells amazing - like a vanilla cupcake bakery. I signed up for the "membership" package, which allows you to get a deal on facials/products - every time I get a facial with Dawn, I leave with the softest, healthiest feeling, glowing skin! And she is such an absolute sweetheart; we have such good chats and laughs. She is so knowledgeable! I haven't tried any of the other services yet (they have tons!), only facials, but I will definitely do so in the future. I'm so happy that I found this place, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have beautiful skin!"

"I highly recommend Ann. 1st class service in a beautiful setting. Her machine is top of the line. It even does light hair and tanned skin. The only discomfort I had was a small prickeling feeling in a few places. It's almost nothing compared to the pain I had during sugaring. I was surprised that after a week some hairs started falling out after the first session. I only wish I had this done years ago. Her prices are better than other salons. If you're considering it , don't wait!"

"I got a pedicure and a manicure yesterday after seeing a post recommending this new salon in Chilliwack. I called and they took me in right away as they had a cancellation. I felt so pampered after the pedicure and shellac. My heels are so smooth after the pedicure! Lin was doing my manicure at the same time, then I moved over to the table after the pedicure was done. My gel nails are absolutely stunning! Pictures don't do it justice but she did a beautiful job, and she did not rush through any of the steps. They were so so sweet and I would 100% recommend this salon! I hope the word gets out there as I'm sure many people don't know about this place yet. I will definitely be coming back asap!"

"I received a custom nail acrylic design because their reviews were pretty okay. Place looked clean and I wanted to try someone new. PLEASE don’t get acrylic nails done here. When my nails came off, there was no nail prep or anything to prevent this from happening.. my pinky nail came half off. She put the acrylic press on in the wrong spot. Staff was a bit rude during the process, I was quoted $55 but ended up paying $120 ( not including tip ) I didn’t want to make a big fuss about the price because I’m not that type of person but when I found out that the acrylic damaged my nails so bad, I was furious. Please stay away."

"It was a great facial, but the lady kept trying to sell me products and add-ons, and I felt awkward, took away from the relaxation and experience and made me think she cared more about making money, which then made me think she was only complementing me to support that. the actual facial was good, but I'd recommend someone in management speak to her about this because it doesn't seem like I'm the first to take a review like this. "Disappointed with Our Experience ???? We were really looking forward to a relaxing couple’s massage, but unfortunately, only I was accommodated while my husband was left without service. We were told that no therapists were available because their therapists had left, which was frustrating especially since our appointment had been confirmed days in advance. Not only was this disappointing, but it also wasted my husband’s time as he had to sit and wait while I received the service that we had both booked for. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but it would have been much better if we had been informed ahead of time rather than arriving and being let down. As a frequent customer of 12 Tribes, I’ve supported this business because I love to see Filipino-owned businesses thrive. However, this experience left us feeling frustrated and unvalued. Unfortunately, after this, we won’t be booking again. I truly hope they improve their system so that future customers don’t have to go through the same experience."

"We had really relaxing date at Wellness Park for our Anniversary. I and my husband got the relaxation massages which were awesome experience. The therapist found the exact spots we had problems and treated very nicely. I've got the Facial massage as well which was a super nice experience. They use "Aqua Peel Therapy" with the medi esthetic machine. It wasn't irritating to my skin at all. It felt more like cute little fish gave me kisses all over my face. Very Clean and nice interior was a huge plus. Staff are all nice and friendly and there are some promotions going on now as well. I strongly recommend this place!"

"on Monday November 18, 2024 at 1pm, for a couples connection. We left feeling disappointed as it was less than professional for the price we paid. The massage was not relaxing due to: 1. While being massaged, the therapist did not follow a proper routine and we left congested and irritated. 2. The room was too small as our therapists did not have enough room to pass each other and wearing what sounded like a snowsuit, making noise that should not be heard during a relaxing session. 3. My privacy was not respected, the therapist peered over the towel as I was turning over, leaving me feeling uncomfortable, normally a sheet is used not a towel to cover oneself while turning over, and the therapist would ask not look to see if I was ready. 4. My boyfriend also remarked the therapist was tugging at the leg pillow to readjust him, leaving him feeling physically uncomfortable and not able to fully relax. 5. As the massage ended the therapist in a louder than necessary voice told us, our time was up. We understand that everyone has a “bad day”, however from what we experienced this was not simply that."
