"I've been going to this location for a while, many of them are absolutely great. However, the other day, I had one of the masseuse flip out on me like a little tantrum. Had lots of neck tension that day that needed more attention to release the pain. Asked him nicely to focus on my neck. At the end, he snapped at me saying "I don't think you want my help." and told me not to book him ever again and book others instead. A bit rude? also, was and am very confused by this seemingly out of the blue reaction."

"Very easy booking. I did the home massage. Nic was professional and very skilled. This was a massage I never knew I needed. For example, when he started one stretch I shared that my hip felt stuck and wouldn't go that way, so he said 'no problem' and began to work on my glut med instead and then when he tried again I had full mobility in my hip.
