"Tried this place for the first time last week. Wow! I felt incredible after my session. Emma took care of me and really knows her stuff. My neck, shoulder, and hamstrings were all very sore and tight. I mentioned this and the massage was tailored to help in these areas. Emma knew exactly what to do and explained why in a kind and gentle way. She suggested cupping and I got it done. Wow! I felt like 1 million bucks after the session. I highly recommend! "I went for a foot massage once before and it was good but today I walked in for a 30 minute neck and shoulder massage and it was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. Jessica I think has injured me, she was extremely aggressive and I asked her to be more gentle twice and she didn’t listen. My body is in more pain than it was when I got there and I’ve been using a heating pad on my neck all evening because of it. She also answered the phone twice in the room during my massage! How rude! Literally was talking on the phone in one hand and massaging me with the other. Aren’t massages supposed to be relaxing? At the end she obligated me to leave a tip for minimum $10. I have nothing against tipping but given the service I don’t think it was worthy of a tip whatsoever."

"Very nice salon. However I had a pre meeting to explain what I wanted done with my hair color and the stylist was good with that. I went in strawberry light blond looking to go white and grey. However came out browner and darker than it was when I went in. Very disappointed, The excuse given was my hair was reddish and would need multiple dye. I showed her a picture of my previous color which I have had done there before and never ever have I not lifted my hair light. Over 40years never not lifted. Still charged me a fortune."

"AMAZING!!! Home based but the space is very modern and beautiful, feels very professional. Definitely not going into someone’s grungy basement! I recently have lost a significant amount of weight which has left me very uncomfortable in my skin. I was so uneasy as this was my first since but she was kind, encouraging, and so respectful. Not only was the massage phenomenal and left my body feeling great, I left feeling great in my body. First time since weightloss that I didn’t feel anxious about my new body. Thank you so much for such an amazing well rounded experience, I can’t wait to come back!!!"

Since I spend a lot of time working on the computer, my neck and shoulders were particularly tense, but the therapist Skye asked about any discomfort and focused on those areas during the massage, which felt incredibly relieving. I prefer strong pressure during massages, and I was really impressed with Skye's technique. The atmosphere inside was clean and relaxing, which really helped me unwind. This is definitely a place I want to visit regularly."
