"This has been the worst experience of my life. Mario cut my hair all uneven It was supposed to be a bob cut it was not. I have pictures of my hair hacked up pretty bad.. You charged $95 for a haircut that was unprofessional and unacceptable. Then when your client showed up an you knew my hair wasn’t done.. You tried to rush and cut my hair faster which made it worst.. I found another hairstylist in Welland that is the best so far.. Thank you Mario for giving me a bad experience and anxiety. I’m so disappointed as well as I didn’t even get a refund.. Here is the pic.. That’s a $95 dollar hair cut lol.. okie dokie what a rip off… Then you ask me to come back.. Why so you can make me have no hair at all? I’m very disappointed.."

"Terrible experience here - the massage lady answered the phone (WHILE MASSAGING ME) 8 or 9 times. She also answered the door, and left the room to talk to her coworkers. I tried to politely suggest that she was making it difficult for me to enjoy my massage and got really rude. She offered an extra 5 minutes (wow) after wasting 20 minutes and ruining the entire massage. The massage itself wasn't spectacular either."

After I went for a quick arm pit laser service, 60 seconds and both arm pits were completed ! Painless & honestly , I’ve had laser done before and it was top notch! Taylor is quick and efficient !
