"Was at diba day span. I had the 75 minute hydrating facial. After that I felt I was walking on a cloud. To be fair in my scoring, I considered many factors in my review, including how good the service was, how clean the location is, the hospitality & professionalism level, quality of materials and even the smell of the place. Room was super clean & smelled good (I don’t know what essential oil had been used but it was very pleasant). It also had nice ambience with lighting and relaxing music. The service I received was very relaxing and each step was explained to me. Excellent service and I will be back."

"This location is really cool and much needed in the area. It's a great spot to chill and relax with friends but really depends on timing. It can get overcrowded, making it tricky to get into the baths or find a seat by the fire. There are quieter times, though, which are the best since the sauna is usually full. The outdoor area could use more seating or additional fires, especially when it's cold. One concern is that the robes have a musty smell, particularly in the armpit area, which has happened the last few times friends and I have gone. It’s quite off-putting and doesn’t inspire confidence in their cleanliness. The towels are also quite small, so it's best to bring your own. That said, the flip-flops are very comfy."

"I did my training there and then opened my own practice in Paris, France :-) Great school with great teachers! I spent two of the most amazing years of my life in Vancouver and I met great people studying at the College. I can tell you that it is one of the most serious and rigorous school to learn Shiatsu. I also had the great opportunity to travel to Hawaii for an anatomy workshop. Such a privilege I would never have had if I had studied Shiatsu in France! Thanks to the school. Arigato Gozaimasu!"

"Beautifully designed and a total oasis, don’t let the location fool you. The staff were beyond lovely, and welcoming which IMO is the first step to actually being relaxed and getting the most out of your treatment. Still riding the glow of my hydra facial two days later. "Today was my first visit to Relax N Glow and I had the most relaxing and therapeutic facial, scrub and massage with Rita. Being recently postpartum, she took great care of my body and her experience and skills were phenomenal. Her homemade selfcare products are top notch and made from clean and natural ingredients which means I'll be using them for my kids as well. Thank you Rita for everything you did for me today and I will definitely be returning to your spa in the near future."

"Great place, I love the girls there they are so kind and great at their job. The prices are very reasonable and worth it. I don’t know why people are being little brats and ungrateful people because this place gave me the best massage of my life. This place has so much patience in anything that is hard to be patient in, I had an hour and a half massage and they put ever little ounch of their strength into the massage.Yan spa is so underrated and they deserve so much more. "Overall, it was a good experience. The place was really clean and I love their efficient setup of the lockers and where everything was located. All the staff were super nice also. Few things that they could’ve improved on is not closing two of the hot tubs every few hours. Not sure why they close it for around 30 mins each time. Also the price of the spa is not worth it. $150 is an insane amount. Their food is also not the best. Honestly expected better quality and faster service."

"Reanne is so kind and respectful when it comes to hair. I’ve had hair dressers in the past touch and handle my hair with no care, handling it roughly. Reanne was so gentle, and when she put my hair in a bag for me she gathered it with her hands and not a dirty broom. I felt so seen and respected, and Reanne answered so many of my questions humbly and kindly! She listened to my request to cut the bare minimum of my hair as I’m growing it out. My hair looks and feels so healthy"
