"I strongly do not recommend coming here for laser hair removal. I came here in February 2020, and it was the worst laser experience I have ever had. The woman who treated me gave me incorrect information about laser-- I've had laser done before various times at a different clinic, and I have never had any bleeding or bloody scab marks like I did after I got laser done at this clinic. Usually, at laser clinics with good laser technology, they have a cooling method or cooling gel which makes it pain free. At Rejuvenate Medical Spa, the laser was so painful that my bikini line started bleeding. I feel like I paid $200 for bloody scab marks and to this day, a year and a half later, I still have scars. It seems that the clinic focuses more on spa techniques and experiences, which is great, but not so much on laser."
