"the woman’s hands were freezing, she was barely grazing my skin and mostly patting my back….she was polite but was super nervous don’t know if she was new…I still gave a decent tip because it is a service but I suggest they retrain this person asap… they also started about 10 mins late and ended 7 mins early. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. Oh They were the only spot that had available bookings during the holidays, go figure."
