She takes the time to get to know you and your hair goals. I think it’s great that she continues taking courses so she’s always on top of current trends and techniques in her industry. I also really appreciate her “low maintenance, lived in colour” technique that helps keep your hair healthy and avoid unnecessary services. I always leave her chair with a big smile on my face. My hair health has improved tremendously since seeing Jaden and that is a testament to her expertise, technique, and product knowledge. Highly recommend!"

"1st before my issue a huge shout out to my Esthetician Talitha was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and attentive to my skin and facial.. she is the reason I will come back. Highly recommend Talitha and my massage was great. Now my issue. I purchased 2 Bogos for Christmas for my sister and I to come in the spring. At no time was I told anything expired. I placed my ordered on the phone and nothing was mentioned. When I came in several weeks later to pick up the certificates. I was handed a envelope and then I left. No one opened it it front of me and no one said that it comes with expiry dates. When I got home I open the envelope but only briefly looked inside it. My fault on that , I should have been more thorough. Anyway I saw the first card that said June 30 expiry and just presumed both were same , until I booked the appointment in May for us to come in and at that time noticed one of them expired in April. I brought this to their attention as to why they would sell me 2 certificates at same time with different expiry when I said we would be coming together. They said it's just what we do and that someone should have let me know. No offer of discount or anything, I feel this is a very wrong way for a business to run. I ended up having to pay more for a service I though was already paid for. Very poor policy and very unhappy for this situation. People please be careful and read everything that you purchase from Hand & Stone. My second issue is the noise level is terrible, very hard to relax as you hear everyone talk and walk. Definitely need some sound proofing."
