"I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of sensitivity and professionalism from the staff at this spa. Ever since the change of ownership, the level of service has drastically declined. This was actually the second time they unilaterally cancel my appointment without informing me — the first time was the day before I was going on vacation. Most recently, they canceled my 30-minute appointment, changed it to 15 minutes without my knowledge (it has always been a 30 minute appointment), and failed to notify me. I called ahead to let them know I’d be 10 minutes late, only to be left on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally arrived, they casually informed me the appointment was canceled. This level of disorganization and disregard for clients is unacceptable. I will no longer be coming to this spa, and I’ll be making sure the people I know avoid it as well. Edit: I just read other reviews that mention the exact same thing I went through and just spoke to 2 other friends that no longer come to this spa for this lack of organization/professionalism."

"Gaby the nail technician was absolutely flawless. From the second I walked in to the second I left. Her expertise doesn’t go unnoticed. Cuticles look impeccable, polish application looks precise and the entire work overall was fantastic. Thank you"
