On the appointment day and time I visited their salon and told them that I have an appointment now for my hair color and the Lady at desk replied me she is off today, Seriously very disappointing. At least they should inform me before the time so, that I can make some other arrangement. Never seen this unprofessional behaviour even, they do not have any contact number of their employee."
