"I go to Valerie for Reflexology / 90 minutes. From start to finish , the entire appointment is the most relaxed state I ever get to. Valerie has a calming presence, with strong hands to work her reflexology magic on my feet. I’ve had plantar fasciitis for 20 years, before seeing Val, I would limp in the morning and my feet would be completely cramped. "I visited Sabaidee twice last month due to stiff joints and sore back and legs . The massage therapist was amazing. I had the deep tissue Thai massage. Even though it was only an hour each time the massage did not seem to end . It was the perfect combination of traditional Thai massage and deep tissue with oil. I used to go to Vancouver to get a massage at one of the more expensive places but this place definitely deserves a try . The prices are very reasonable and I would gladly pay out of pocket even though I have health benefits that cover the cost of an RMT . Being an active person with a physical job , I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone in need of some relaxation , and massage therapy. Will definitely be going back again . "Body Blitz Spa is a wonderful experience! My daughter and I have been there twice in the last 3 months! We loved all the facilities- salt water and epsom salt pools, steam and sauna rooms, even the cold pool was refreshingly nice! We also tried massages once which were very relaxing. Loved the colourful robes and soft fluffy white towels we got to use plus shampoo, body wash, hair dryers- beautiful showers and vanity rooms. Above all, the staff was super nice, helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to go back!"
