    "I had a massage with Latoya. I have been treated with more than 20 massage therapists. She’s hands down the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of being massaged by. I’m only upset I’ve never met her before."

    "Very friendly and welcoming staff. I went to have a pedicure done and was surprised I had to lay down in a massage chair. I hadn't had a pedicure in a while and the esthetician didn't find she needed to cut my cuticles, do pushing, or even scrub dry/dead skin from my heals! It was just massage with cream and more massage and very mild filing. I wasn't very satisfied with the amount of work done for the amount of money I paid."

    "Je suis une fidèle cliente de Boby-lee depuis bientôt 3ans et laissez moi vous dire qu'elle est exceptionnelle!! Cette semaine je me suis réveillé avec le plus gros torticolis au monde (ok j'exagère mais je ne pouvais plus fonctionner) et malgré qu'elle n'avait pas de place elle m'a trouvé un trou avec sa collègue Joanie.. et WOW. Elle m'as fait un soin absolument magique - qui ma donner l'impression de guérir toutes mes maux en plus d'atténué mon torticolis!! Je la recommande!! Merci sincèrement à tout l'équipe vous êtes fantastique."

    "This was hands down the most disorganized business I’ve ever dealt with. We booked and prepaid for a 90-minute massage starting at 2:05. My partner arrived 15 minutes early, was checked in and told to have a seat. Over the 45 minutes she waited, three different employees asked what she was there for, yet no one offered context or information on why there were delays, leaving her confused and annoyed. Paperwork wasn’t given until 2:30 when they began to prepare the room. Finally, at 2:45 she entered the massage room. The massage space was loud and poorly insulated from the rest of the salon. She left the room at 3:40 — far short of the 90 minutes we paid for. In short, we paid for a 90 minute massage and only received about 50 minutes. I had to go out of my way to bring this up before we left. When I calmly and clearly explained the situation, the staff had no idea how to handle it. All I was asking for was a partial refund for 30 minutes we missed, and explained I would appreciate more compensation due the hassle and frustration. We were passed between three different employees, none of whom were trained on processing refunds. Eventually, they told us only one person in the building could do it — but they were in a massage. We were told to leave and then got multiple calls afterward asking the same questions again. In total, we explained the situation about 5-6 times. First they offered us a $60 refund, then, due to further miscommunication on their end, claimed they could only process a refund of $40. After some pushback, they magically got the authority to issue the $60. I’ve never left a bad review and I’m not trying to attack the staff — they seemed to be doing their best despite the chaos — but it’s clear the business is extremely poorly managed and lacks basic role definition, training, systems, and empowerment to handle everyday issues like appointments running late. There are dozens of reviews of a similar nature reporting disorganization and a lack of communication. This has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I hope management/ownership takes the feedback they receive and empowers their staff to provide smoother experience."

    "I had a wonderful experience at this beauty salon! The owner is excellent — very professional and welcoming. the staff are warm and friendly, which made the whole atmosphere very comfortable. I did an IPL treatment, and the girl who helped me, Jennifer, was amazing. She is very professional, enthusiastic, and patient, caring. making sure I felt at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!"

    "It was a wonderful experience. I left this salon with good impressions. Thank you very much Michelle. Since I don’t have any major skin problems, she recommended the Sincerely Skin Customized Facial Treatment. During the breaks, where I had to wait for the masks or creams to take effect, she massaged my hands and head. After the procedure, my skin felt fresher and looked much cleaner. I can say with confidence that I want to come to this salon many more times. I really liked the atmosphere there and the staff. Special thanks for the lipstick, it smells very delicious????"
