"I am fuming. I took my daughter for a haircut yesterday and she had asked to go short. She had a photo and showed the woman doing her hair. Her hair was butchered. The stylist only asked me if I wanted layers, she asked this at the very start, I said yes soft layers. No follow up questions asked at all. Basically my daughter got a tapered mushroom cut. Way shorter than I asked, way shorter than the photo. Maybe the stylist needs a refresher course on trending hairstyles. I have been a client here for some time and will never go back, not ok to just hack off a little girls hair."

"I will never recommend anyone going here for “head spa”. It was just horrible. It was aggressive, her hands were very abrasive (no gloves worn), shampoo was sprayed everywhere including in my eyes, they used garnier and Johnson’s oil. In an attempt to wash the shampoo that was thrown everywhere she drenched my face with water and her abrasive hand. Mascara everywhere. The massage was in the same spots over and over- I have lines down my neck from where she kept rubbing over and over. It was very uncomfortable as the “hair dry” portion was me sitting up but hunching over on the top of the wet bed with a hair dryer that smelt like burning. Finally, with hair not dried fully, she dowsed my hair with oil and said all done. I left with oily damp hair that smells like cheap oil."

"I have used the services of Tip Top Thai Massage for over a year with great success. As a senior I need to stay mobile to enjoy the sports and activities that keep be active. Korapin offers many different services and I have used the Swedish massage and some acupuncture for sore or damaged muscles and joints. A regular visit also keeps me on the golf course where i can play longer than before. I will continue to have Tip Top Thai Massage keep me in good running order."

"My body treatment today was supposed to be 50 minutes. I went in to get undressed right at 1 pm. The treatment started approximately 5 minutes after that. It was to be a full body exfoliating and moisturizing treatment. The back of my thighs were not completed. It stated scalp and face massage as part of the treatment but the person didn’t touch my face once and just repeatedly pressed on the top of my scalp ignoring the back and sides of my head. The treatment room was freezing cold, even with a heat pad on I never warmed up. She stated my treatment was completed at 1:44pm so… it was approximately 40 minutes not 50. This was exceptionally disappointing not worth half the price paid and I won’t be back to this spa."

"Sorry but I don't recommend it. I made an appointment online which I had to pay up front (that's fine if you render the services with quality). I was on time to my appointment and they had me waiting for 20 minutes after the scheduled hour, lobby was small and too hot, I decided to leave. My wife called asking for a refund explaining the above, they said they had to speak with the owner, we called again and they said they call us back which never happened. I ended up making an appointment somewhere else were the experience was completely different."

"My friend and I purchased a Groupon for a massage, microdermabrasion facial and hydro therapy.. I was impressed with how much I got for the price, so I decided to give it a try. Luckily I had Yvonne as my esthetician. From the very start she was pleasant, and friendly, she gave me a tour of the spa and then explained all of my services to me. She was very informative and calming and walked me through the process of each service and what to expect. (For example when she would leave the room, she gave me a time frame of when she would return, she came to check on me several times, she told me when putting product over my eyes or mouth and made sure I was not claustrophobic..) This put me at ease and made my visit a very nice and relaxing one.. My friend came with me and had a very different experience than I did.. she had a different person (not sure her name as she didn't even introduce herself) do her services who didn't explain anything to her, she put the face mask on her and left without even telling her how long she should expect to be laying there.. she unfortunately had a terrible experience and when she asked during the massage for her lady to apply a bit more pressure, the lady dug her elbows into her back (seemingly spitefully..) I would recommend this spa but I would highly recommend you book with Yvonne for all of your services, she is wonderful!"

"I called in at 5:30pm on a Saturday to request last minute eyebrow lamination availability. Pooja made accommodations to see me at 6:30pm and finished my services at 8pm. She was the all-star who took care of my brows and had me feeling like a brand new person when I left. She was super attentive, easy to talk to and she made sure I was happy with the services. "Today I visited them for the first time, they welcomed me very kindly and fortunately they had a 30 minute appointment available, so I didn't miss the opportunity and had the massage, the therapist's name is David Symonds, who was very kind and excellent in his job. The waiting room is nice and they have products for sale on display. They have several rooms comfortably prepared to perform therapeutic massage and other services. They have the possibility of becoming a member by paying a therapeutic massage or facial per month (subscription that is debited monthly from the card you assign) which means that once a month you can go and have your therapy done, but additionally if you want to have another service done the same day or another day at special rate. In my case I have insurance with partial coverage for therapeutic massage and I can make the reimbursement with the receipt they gave me."

"I could hear the owners talking on the phone loudly during my visit last night and then stating he needs a giant puff. Very unprofessional and rude for a spa. won't be returning. They seems to be unaware of themselves seems like more of a possey than a professionally run establishment. I'm not going to a spa to hear ignorance while I'm getting a massage that defeats the purpose of it in its entirely."
