"Possibly the worst massage experience I've ever had. The "spa-like" atmosphere was dirty & cluttered, with piles of laundry in the couch in the main foyer, being folded by a young woman with no professional presence or greeting whatsoever. The owner, Peter, seemed to have trouble knowing which room was available for my massage and it took several minutes to get it set up, even though I'd called in advance. Then Peter himself proceeded to give me a lackluster massage while talking on the phone!! Several times he was massaging me with one hand while checking his phone/texting with the other, as if I wouldn't notice. Several times he left the room to deal with his staff, who were having problems. Much of the time, he was complaining to me about being an entrepreneur & running his shop. I'd asked for a 60-minute massage, received 45 minutes before he was done. I'm giving one star because his neck/shoulder massage was not half bad once he settled the heck down. I'm seriously not impressed; how unprofessional. I felt soiled after being there. Oh and the laundry pile was still on the couch by the time I left. I mean, come on. Spa-like atmosphere??"

"I stopped in on a visit to Vancouver and they got me in quickly as a walk in. I was the only person in the salon and it was so calm and peaceful. Tran was so sweet and I really enjoyed our conversation. She did an awesome job on my gel manicure. Highly recommend!"

"The best Russian sauna in Toronto. We went there twice already, the saunas are nice, the stuff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a restaurant inside with your favorite Russian food. Prices are reasonable, love that place."

"I have done laser so many times with different people, and no one compares to Teresa. I noticed results faster than ever before, and more important than that, Teresa makes it the most comfortable experience. She is the most welcoming and sweetest person, and chatting with her makes the entire appointment so fun. There are so many laser clinics around the area I live in, but driving 30 minutes to Teresa is well worth it — it is so obvious how much she cares about her clients and their results.10/10 recommend, my only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner ????"
