"Terrible service by Althea. Went for a facial with her and she never asked first if she could do an upgrade during the facial, and she never advised that what she was doing would be an additional charge. Basically a scammer. She left the room many times during the facial and also never gave the complimentary massage. She was cleaning her equipment (for the next person) during the facial which was very unprofessional. Have done facials with Anissa before. she always massages my neck/shoulders during the facial and she has also never left the room or tried to clean her equipment for the next person while I was in the room."
