"LOVE THIS SPA! Have had many different services over the years and my experiences have always been amazing. Recently they offered a new service to me to deal with the melasma that I have been suffering with for 9 years. They introduced me to SQT Bio Microneedling and let me tell you, this is a game changer. I've tried everything possible in the past and this is the ONLY thing that has ever made a difference. I've had two treatments so far and have been able to stop using foundation. This is something that I never thought would be possible ever again!! I am beyond thrilled and so happy that they are now providing this service. Heading into my third of four treatments and can't wait to see the end results. Two things. 1. It hurts. It is considered non-invasive, but it still is very irritating. STILL WORTH IT. 2. You need to do multiple sessions and they are not inexpensive. STILL WORTH IT. This service offers so many benefits and for me, has been a complete game changer to minimize and eventually (hopefully) eliminate my melasma. From someone who has tried everything to no avail, I HIGHLY recommend it and to have the amazing people at Su Casa Spa and Laser do it for you. "I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this place. Both receptionist were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. there is no excuse for treating customers so poorly especially since I’ve been coming here since 2022. would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service. They also tell you they book you with “RMT” but it’s just a regular masseuse. I brought my friend with me and her insurance didn’t end up going through and she decided to come and interrupt our massage to tell us it didn’t go through.. she could have waited till the end to say that then when we told her that she became defensive and so rude it was actually disgusting. It was the receptionist with the short bob."
