"Nice people. It wasn't much of a massage. I'm really not convinced the person who massaged me was actually educated in the field. I had better result from a massage chair or my partner (who is not a massage therapist). This seemed to be a general rub, with no sense of knowledge of the individual muscles. Disappointed because it was expense, and now I have to book somewhere else to get some relief."

"Extremely rude management. The owner is hostile and extremely rude to all customers. This isn’t a safe place for people of colour and the environment itself is super bad. It’s best to take your business somewhere else! All these 5 star reviews are from ages ago and from her friends because there’s no way she deserves 5 stars. "Wow. Where do I begin? Firstly I do strongly believe Melanie is the best thing that has ever happened to my face. Truly, I do not think my skin has ever been this clean and hydrated before. The hydrafacial was spectacular. She talked me through each step, and checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was comfortable. Other than being an extremely kind human, she is also incredibly intelligent and well versed within this field, I learnt a lot from only an hour with her! She also made sure to write notes based on my skin, and will be texting me her recommendations, which I believe is just above and beyond care for her clients.
