"Absolutely five stars for RiseUp Massage & Wellness! My wife found the studio on Facebook very highly recommended so I decided to give it a go. Ntando was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. She asked all the right questions about my concerns and expertly targeted all the right spots. I'm very happy with my session and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!"

"Bonnie is absolutely amazing. I started getting prenatal massages with her over a year ago and she worked magic on my body and had the best prenatal massage set up in all of spruce grove and Edmonton area, I felt light as a feather and could lay on my stomach which felt like heaven when your pregnant! I look forward to going to see Bonnie, not only is she some sort of wizard and always learning something new that help the body but she is an amazing person and human being. I have started booking laser and facial service’s and am so excited because I know and trust everything that Bonnie does. She always does all the research and training and only brings things in that WORK!"

"Absolutely gorgeous location, and thank you to Jackie for fixing my daughters hair. She is normally very shy and won’t talk to anyone, but I definitely heard a lot of laughing coming from the back. We were also taken on short notice without an appointment and with my hectic schedule I appreciate it more than you know. Her hair looks wonderful, she is so happy! Also 10/10 for Aspen ????????"
