"My friend and I had an amazing time at Lanna Thai Spa for our oil combination Thai massage, our second visit in the past three months because we loved it so much! The cozy vibe with soft lighting and soothing Thai music is perfect for unwinding. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering us tea with chocolate after the session, which was such a nice touch. The massage was fantastic—my shoulders were stiff before, but the smooth oil techniques and firm pressure worked magic, and those final stretches left us both super relaxed. I’ve already recommended it to friends! we’ll keep coming back!"

"I have been to skin Kamloops for years, for treatments. However, I will NOT be back. The staff is unprofessional and judgmental. I even sent skin Kamloops/Dermapure a email in regard to their unprofessionalism in dealing with clients. Honestly, I don’t think anything was done about it or did I receive a email back. Which clearly shows they didn’t care to acknowledge the issue. If you take a look at the previous reviews all of them are about appointment cancellations/bookings/poor timing. The same issue I had. I do not recommend this place. No respect for their clients."

"I love Body Blitz! This is my fourth time visiting the Adelaide location, and I’ve already booked for next month. The staff is lovely, the amenities are clean & it’s a relaxing and rejuvenating experience overall. Ive yet to find it overcrowded which is my biggest complaint with most spa facilities. You can utilize just the shared amenities which includes a circuit of warm, hot & cold pools as well as sauna & steam room. The waters are walk- in only unless you book a service (highly recommend), with a service you secure a spot in the waters and can arrive up to 90 minutes prior to your service appointment to enjoy the pools, steam room & sauna. For services I’ve tried massages, a facial & the deluxe coffee scrub. All the were excellent, although I do tend to prefer the use of an extracting tool for facials and this one was done manually, but it was still lovely regardless. The deluxe coffee scrub (90 minutes) was worth every penny, it’s essentially a full body scrub with a relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage, mini facial & head massage with hair wash. I was walking on a cloud afterward. I can’t wait to try more services at body blitz! Pro tip- if you have benefits the RMT massages are great."

"I’ve been to several spas in the city but this has to be my favourite one!! Clean, excellent service and the PERFECT place to relax. It was my first time visiting and I was kindly greeted by staff who walked me through the entire facility. I then got to my locker which has both my robe and slippers waiting for me and from there I was able to use the amenities (sauna, hot tub) before my massage appointment. I waited for my massage therapist to get me from the lounge room (which was gorgeous) and went in for my appointment. Genuinely one of the best massages I ever had, everything I had spoke of prior to my appointment felt addressed and Nancy was so kind to recommend some stretches to further prevent any tension in the shoulder area. During the massage session you are able to choose the oils of your choice, the Clarins oils (I believe it was the tonic one I chose) smelt AMAZING!! I am so excited to go back, I heard they have fantastic facial services and I will be checking that out!"

The problem: The place is small and super tiny, no walls just sheets of fabric separating your room from another. people like to walk in during your ongoing massage session to fix things inside the massage room without any prior notice or permission. No privacy, no boundaries are observed people walk in & out when you are lying on the massage table. Why would you provide such an unsavory experience to a paying customer? I have been visiting this place since the past 6 months but invasion of my privacy was never a concern today it is !"

"I go here frequently and while the service and product is always good, I do wonder why many places like this play shows on their TVs that no costumer cares about. It used to be very old cooking shows, old music videos and last week when I was there it was a game show that was recorded 15 years ago. Since the way they place you is right in front of the TVs there is nowhere else to look but at those old boring boring shows. Why? Last week, you had to watch that same game show with full audio while also listening to Christmas music that they were playing. Dont know who thinks that would be pleasant for anyone to sit there having to listening to 2 different audios. Why not have a fireplace on the TV with the Christmas music in the back? Anyway, everything else was fine, always get what I want just the "entertainment" for costumers could be better (sometimes less is more). Thank you"

"They basically just sell you the astehics of the place. Paid $81 for a really basic pedicure, the nail technician didn't cut my nails well had to ask her to cut my nails lower. Also had to ask her to cut my pinkie toe more because I know there is always extra buildup there. The nail colour on my big toe are different my right toe looks as if they didn't put enough coats there are nail colour around my toes because it wasn't cleaned properly. I'm upset and I won't be going back there again"
