"Loved art of sauna! Secured a weekend time slot for just the Saunas but it was so worth it. All of the different sauna rooms were unique but my favorites were the cedar and steam rooms, the Roman one smelled amazing. Clean facilities, limited people and the cold buckets of water to dump on yourself in between steams made this experience great. Will be back!"

I have been seeing Gabriella about once a quarter for maybe two years. I am a gym rat who works out seven days a week so massage therapy is a critical part of my wellness regime. Gabriella has that rare combination of exceptional technical skills and an intuitive understanding of anatomy. Her credentials are outstanding and her background in aesthetics are evident in how she treats people and manipulates muscles with an expert combination of gentleness and firmness. Gabriella seems to know where the knots and kinks are before I tell her. Just as important, her kindness, wisdom and cheerful energy communicate themselves through her hands. That somatic communion between therapist and client is so important to the overall experience. My body and spirit feel utterly rejuvenated after a massage with Gabriella. "Brought my wife here twice and she’s liked it. Located centrally in the NW. They also offer direct billing which is always a plus. Parking is limited cos it’s super busy in that area but you can park at the nearby shops. The only issue I have is that on signing up, they ask you to complete 2 fillable PDFs, then save and send back via email. Although necessary, the process is a bit too manual and I feel there should be a better way to do this. It has actually kept me from registering. That being said, their core service is great."

"I used to go to another spa in the west because I am living around the Western Mall. Today's morning I went to the Secret Spa to meet someone new, and I did have a very good adventure. The girl who brought me in is Amanda. She looks around 20s in a good shape, and always has a wonderful smile on her face. Her English level is medium and even able to speak a few of French words which is surprising but fantastic. Unlike other girls I met in somewhere else before who were curry or chubby, in their middle age with fake advertisement, couldn't speak English at all and always rushed your time. Amanda is amazing, talent and warm. She've never rushed the time, known what you need and tried the best to make you happy. I almost forgot the time when I was in the session with her. I really love her and definitely want to see her again. I won't go to anywhere else again where the girls were chubby, looking like nannies, middle aging, and not able to talk much. I really like Amanda and I will become a regular person for the Secret Spa because of her. ????????????"

I am a former elite athlete and still train at a high level of fitness which means my body is always shielded with tense, sore and sometimes stressed out muscles. Shawna blew me away today. This is my second time seeing her, the first time was a hot stone massage (which was also incredible) but today was exactly what I’ve been looking for in a therapist for YEARS!
