"Lotus massage studio is amazing !!! Chris, the owner always response immediately and accommodate my needs with the first appointment available. Meritony is amazing massage therapist ! "Services: deluxe facial, deep tissue message, french manicure. Deep Tissue Message: she was amazing. Just one touch, and she knew which muscles to put more focus on. She would check in when she added pressure and would make sure I am comfortable. I would love to have her again! 5/5 rating Deluxe Facial: The facialist was so gentle on extracting the few acne I have - they were on the chin line, temple, and cheeks bones. Not only was she gentle, she also helped me understand my skin and provided me with important info in what my skin needs. Definitely would love to have her again. 5/5 rating French Manicure: The results were terrible, and so was the experience. I was quite upset seeing the tips Pinkish-yellow and even more upset that it was chipping the next day. I had thought the french manicure came with hard skin removal, cuticles work, buffing, and filing. Their website page for mani/pedicure had no description for the services. If they had put a detailed description of the services, I would have made a decision to meet my expectations."

"Amazing experience! My husband and I just went for our first visit here. Reception was super friendly and welcoming. We had Carter and Tanya. Both ladies were also extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the couples session with these ladies very much. Would definitely recommend this facility. Everything was also super clean, private and modern."

"First couple of times i went there, there was nothing to complain about with africa 10/10.Now the fourth time Isabel was rushing said her stomach hurts and she can only do one position. After she went on FaceTime while giving me a massage. I understand people don't feel good sometimes but just refuse the service or stay home. How can people come to pay and someone says 10 minutes after we start to hurry up our time is almost done. You just lost a couple of customers because of her. "We got a couples massage for 60 minutes the massage was excellent the only problem was the masseuses were talking to each other & laughing and took away the relaxation. I would expect a bit more professionalism. Other than that it was perfect."

"My wife wanted to do have a spa experience on our wedding anniversary, so we drove from Windsor to London for this. Even though I am not a spa person, nor do I like being touched, the experience wasn't too bad and I'm sure if you're the kind of person that likes spas, you would find this place very pleasant. They had a small rocky parking lot in the back. We got the body wrap, something that we haven't tried before. To those who don't know what a body wrap is, we basically got exfoliated with some scrub and then wrapped somewhat tightly with some plastic wrap (only to applied areas, the arms, legs, body, etc.). While we were wrapped, they gently massaged our upper body, head, etc. Afterwards, they wiped off the scrub with damp towel and massaged some cream/lotion onto applied areas. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing; they also offer products and some chocolate/water after their service. The staff were very friendly and ours gave us some nice tips/suggestions on where to go in London for our anniversary during our spa experience. We paid around $130/person, but after tax and tips, came out to be over $320.. Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try if you are into spas and want some relaxation."

I tend to have a lot of anxiety, but Linda was very calming and professional - I really appreciate how she explained what she was about to do and the benefit that came with that step. The place was very clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere in the treatment room. My face feels amazing and is glowing. I also really appreciate that the products used are organic and cruelty free.
