"I had such a great experience at Me Spa. The staff are incredibly courteous and welcoming. I was greeted by Eunice and she is so knowledgable about the services. She made recommendations to the treatments based on what I wanted to improve. I purchase a package that was offered during their holiday promo. I am so happy with the experience so far. I’ve read such great reviews about their facials and I now understand why. I would definitely book more facials in the future here. I also had picosure done by Jason, and I was very confident in his expertise and how much client education he provided. It was very thorough and informative. The Microneedling and aqua facial was done by Hannah and she has magical hands! I really enjoyed my overall experience here and I look forward to booking more."

"Didn’t end up going here because I attempted to book an appointment but it didn’t go so well. I reached out to them to book an appointment for a Friday, they responded pretty quickly with a few time slots, and I responded right away with a time slot of preference. The messenger showed that they read my message but there was no response so I asked for confirmation, still no response, then I called them and left a message (the call was made when they were still open according to their hours on their website). They finally responded hours later (later that night) saying that all the time slots has been taken and they are no longer available on Friday. I needed the confirmation as I was travelling from Hamilton and they are located in North York. My good friend recommended this place to me but won’t be going there because of their lack of customer service and respect for new clients. I can’t say how good their treatments are but definitely doesn’t have a good nor efficient customer service and booking system."

"I've had Cody for massages a couple times not and he is amazing. He's very good at communicating what he is doing, very respectful and makes you feel comfortable. He's great at working out all the knots while keeping it very relaxing. He also helps with recommendations on stretches to help with any ongoing muscle issues. Perfect????"
