"This is a very beautiful, modern and professional business that offers a wide range of services. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. However, I arrived for a 10:20 appointment, was ushered off into a tiny cubicle where the walls did not go up to the ceiling, thus I could clearly hear the other patients being seen ( hardly confidential or private). 45 minutes later, the Dr arrived with 2 other staff. We could barely fit in the room. The appointment maybe lasted 5 minutes, the Dr was obviously impatient and did not address the reason I was there. After waiting a year to be seen, this was totally disappointing and i felt very unseen, unheard and unvalued as a client. I guess their time has more value than mine."
