"Had the classic pedicure service at the Harrowsmith location. I wont go back. The place is cute however, the nail polish selection looks as if it came from a twelve year olds drawer, the one I picked was a pinky orange, the bottle had a black sticky substance on it. There are no actual pedicure chairs which is fine however the detail on the service says exfoliation snd massage of the feet and legs up to the knee. I experienced a foot massage with a delighftul smelling cream which made my feet feel hydrated however there was zero leg massage and zero exfoliation of either. My nails were not filed on my large toes thry are jagged, and sadly they didnt use any product to help the polish dry faster and the woman kept checking saying they were good however i disagreed until I felt obligated to go.. so now i have to remove this polish and do it myself before we leave for vacation. The positives were they had a great heated blanket as it was chilly in the building so that was a nice touch and the lotion as previously mentioned were the only ones sadly. While I cant speak for the other services, I wont return here for a pedicure."
