"Not satisfied with this spa. When I called to book an appointment I asked for a polish refresher/mini manicure with shellac( just shaping and polish) Which shows $25 on the price list. When I sat down for my appointment I reminded the spa tech that it was just a polish refresher. She was ready to do a full hour manicure so she then went and talked to the receptionist. The spa tech was very friendly however the application of the shellac polish wasn’t great. After 2 coats of colour it was still streaky and she didn’t go even close to the cuticle so it looks like my nails have grown out all ready and I just had it done this afternoon. They charged me $45 plus tax for a quick file and shellac polish application. 30 min. A full hour shellac manicure is $55. I do not feel the service matched the price."

"All my nails as shaped wrong, even tho I asked for them to be fixed like 10 times, design isn’t the same on either design nail. Not worth the $80 I paid. Don’t recommend."

"Made an appointment for a pedicure. Showed up on time and got seated within 5 minutes. So I was happy until I put my feet in cold water. Then got told I would have to wait a while before someone could do the pedicure. That's fine I understand it was busy but then maybe don't take walk ins when you are fully booked. Once the lady sat down and started my pedicure she was nice but I asked her if she could do a design on my big toe she said no I don't know how to do that only plain nails. Not even a simple flower? Everywhere I've been before can atleast do that. I left unsatisfied and still have calluses on my heels. She didn't do a good job at all. I will not return."
